On the last week of April, Houston Immanuel Community Church held an online membership training with the current members of the church in order to delve more into the Word of God and strengthen ones’ understanding of the Bible.

Several topics were covered such a Creation, the Fall of Man, Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Kingdom of God, Justification, Sanctification, and Glorification. Additionally, the participants had the opportunity to be introduced to different ministries of the church that they could be part of and grow in their path of faith. And several workshops were held which helped the members be able to share more freely about their faith to others and about the church.

The Immanuel Community plans to continue to help its members continuously grow as disciples of Christ teaching them how to follow Jesus’ footsteps and serve others more actively with the love of God.

The next training will be held in the summer which aims to train new members and guide existing members to leadership roles.
